What it does
A useful agent should finish the work, not stop at a chat response. TradeMax can turn structured content from a conversation into a downloadable PDF, PPTX, DOCX or XLSX, whether that is a proposal, customer brief, report, presentation or operating sheet.
Your team can upload its own document templates and placeholder schema, so recurring deliverables keep the company's layout instead of starting from a generic AI design. Finished files enter a dedicated library with download and lifecycle controls rather than disappearing into chat history.
Delivery stays connected to the rest of the system: a file can be attached to customer email, and supported formats can be ingested into the company knowledge base for later retrieval. Rendering blocks external and local-file access in PDF templates, so a document request cannot become a path into your server.
