Pipeline

Inquiry intelligence + CRM

Every inquiry scored before routing; assignment, follow-up and review close the loop.

What it does

Inquiries pass a zero-cost heuristic pipeline first: corporate-email detection, country inference, product-keyword hits, then A/B/C grading — obvious spam short-circuits without spending a cent of LLM. Spam also clusters on three axes (same IP, same email variants, same message template) for one-click batch cleanup.

The board carries a full activity timeline — notes, calls, mail in and out, tasks, stage changes, eight event types. Assignment rules match country, product and source to the right rep with round-robin pools; the leaderboard computes reply rate, win rate and average first-response hours; the boss overview compresses week, month and year into one screen.

The question every sales manager asks — did the rep actually follow up? — gets a quantified answer on the team board. Follow-up rate measures real contact coverage across open leads. Hard-touch rate counts only objective evidence — emails the system actually sent, or a customer reply — so self-reported notes and calls can't inflate it. And any open lead untouched for over seven days with no pending task surfaces in a no-next-step alert, sorted by score, one click from the lead itself.

The rep's day runs on this system too: install it as a phone app and the customers due for follow-up today, or inquiries unanswered past 24 hours, push straight to the lock screen. Reps self-serve AI-drafted replies within a daily quota, and saved replies swap in per-customer variables. Unassigned public-pool leads move to a claim-and-approve model: reps request, ops decides, and the system assigns atomically so no two reps collide. Replies to cold outreach flow into the inquiry pool automatically — a real human reply lands on the timeline with attribution and a rep alert, while auto-replies and out-of-office only pause the sequence, and mail carrying quote or sample buying signals is never mistaken for an unsubscribe.

Core capabilities

Zero-cost instant grading

Heuristics grade A/B/C in milliseconds; spam never reaches the LLM.

Three-axis spam clustering

Same IP, same email variants, same template — cluster and clear in one click.

Assignment to review, closed

Rule-based routing, round-robin pools, claim-and-approve pool — leaderboard beside follow-up and hard-touch rates.

Feature checklist

  • Attribution auto-extracts landing page and referrer, bucketed: search, social, and AI (ChatGPT, Perplexity listed separately)
  • Qualified rate is computed per landing page — you see which pages bring real buyers
  • Eight activity event types; rep load bars flag 20+ open leads red and 7-day stalls amber
  • Follow-up tasks carry due dates with overdue flags and a today view
  • AI background checks: one click on any customer runs an investigation across their website, domain records and web footprint, streaming a full report — with a per-user daily quota, now delivering in tens of seconds after a dedicated speed pass
  • Hard-touch rate counts only system-sent emails and customer replies: a wide gap against the soft rate means lots of notes, little real outreach
  • No-next-step alert: open, 7+ days untouched, no pending task — surfaced automatically, with a 24-hour grace period for fresh assignments
  • Lock-screen push: today/overdue follow-ups and 24-hour-unanswered alerts push to the rep's phone, deduped per day; installable as a phone app, so alerts arrive without opening the browser
  • AI-drafted replies open to reps self-serve within a per-user daily quota; saved replies swap in country, product and other per-customer variables
  • Public-pool claim-and-approve: reps request, ops approves, and the lead is assigned atomically to the requester — other requests on the same lead auto-void, never overriding an existing owner
  • Cold-outreach replies auto-enter the inquiry pool with source attribution, auto-assignment and a push alert; multilingual detection pauses on auto-replies without a false unsubscribe, and quote/sample buying signals are never misread
  • Won and lost outcomes flow back to calibrate scoring
  • Performance: load stats over 10k rows in ~10ms, bulk-assigning 500 leads in ~30ms
